Being Filipino, I stumbled across this article in http://www.keywordspeak.com/2011/12/president-aquino-first-iphone-4s-owner.html. According to the article, the president of the Philippines may be the first Filipino to own an iPhone 4S. In the picture borrowed from the said website, President Noynoy was being presented the iPhone 4S as part of his loyalty rewards program with Globe Telecommunications. It has been 2 years since his last upgrade, and he will be upgrading from either an iPhone 3G or 3GS, I am just unsure. Above with him is Mr. Ernest Cu, Globe's president, and Mr. Jaime Augusto Zobel de Ayala, Chairman of Ayala Corporation, the umbrella corporation of Globe.
Sorry, it doesn't really count as a celebrity sighting, but just something I thought might be worth sharing.
